a homeless gives half his bread
to a street dog

weeping willow
tears flying in the wind
rippled pond

footprints in the snow

secrets kept in silence

of the crystal world

just can't let go of
the last drop of sunset

after nighttime snow

white blossom trees 

everywhere

winter sun
glitters with star dust
on melting snow

white garden
when every snowflake
is winter’s butterfly

lost in reality
all these dreams
bringing back memories

caught
in the gravity of regret
falling tears

old temple by the sea
guarding the hope
for safe return

tired of the day
the first star in the night sky
waiting for her wish

I write for
the last leaf
to fall into my heart

lost dreams
she wakes up
without the sun

the cold wind arrives
knowing the voice
of every tree

every inch of my skin longs for breathing you

morning breaks -
all the naked shadows
creep out of dreams

a thought of you just when I think I've forgot you

midnight city
street lamp shines down
on its own shadow

moon across the night sky
a trail melted into air －

under her pillow
lies the dream braided from
a slice of moonlight

earth harp playing
rain drops rippling
on a puddle

river of your tears cuts deeply the valley of my heart

I found the words
I've lost for a long time
written on your smile

rhythm of life
let me dance my dream awake
with every beat of my heart

deep night
after an owl’s call
the dense fog of silence
falls again

drops of golden sunshine
melted in her hair
a balmy autumn breeze

take me somewhere nice
where every falling leaf
is a wish granted

red stars fallen from the sky
drift in the wind
blazing maple leaves

summer love 

when the sea wind kisses 

my salty lips

night train
all these dreams
in the middle of nowhere

late summer sunshine
golden leaves whirling around
my long shadow

night sky
the missing star

foggy morning
green grass with drops
of every sound of silence

soundless
the first breath of autumn
when leaves touch the ground

summer is melting
on the tip of my tongue
ice cube

death
the unbreakable wall
a handful of dust

curtains blowing in the wind
a glimpse of
full moon

footprints of summer
left on the sandy beach
sea turtles

late night train
unexpected passenger
moonlight through the window

trading my tears for the rain
to wash away
all the sorrows

old temple pond
lotuses bloom
on floating clouds

floating towards
where the wind belongs
rosy clouds at sunset

emptiness of the sky
the old withered tree
holds

feast of love
I took a sip
of your soul

mossy stone steps
the summer traces
covered in maple leaves

a breeze on the summer night
ripples in my mind

still there
twirling on the music box
my childhood fantasy

silver moonlight river
pouring through windows
flowing on the ceiling

the way her words flirt with his thoughts

faded away
with last night’s dream
moonlight in the morning

thunderburst
the whole world hush
except the crying baby

silence is your voice
sealed secrets

salty mist
the way it swallows
a sinking sun

trees on a slope
lean down and listen
to the babbling brook

old book pages

fall asleep
to cicadas singing
even the wind, quieted

moonlight on the sea
weave  the waves of silver melody
crashing into the shore of my heart

misty mountains
verses written in the fog
soaking into trees

meditating wind
fallen leaves
from the heart

so generous of the night
to embrace everything in her darkness

to the daylight

morning daisy
a drop of dew
condensed from last night’s dream

with too many hard edges

morning light breaking through the windows

muggy hot summer noon
when the wind stopped

sprinkling down
moon’s silver dust
sparkles in cat’s eyes

new moon
a silver boat sailing in the sky
fishing for the stars

midday
when hundreds of sleepless stars
flicker between trees

your heart beats in mine
the secret river of love
runs in my blood

the big red balloon
escaping into the sky
vanished childhood

I buried my mother in the sky
clouds mop her tombstone in the twilight
blazing stars, million candles in the night

life is a train

collecting memories

every station  I passed by

you came into my heart
as free as tree shadows
